In April 2018 two teachers from Estonian Massage and Therapy School (EMTS) visited our Lithuanian partner school Karalius Mindaugas Vocational Training Centre where they got acquainted with Lithuanian massage methods such as sports massage, trigger point technique, facial massage with lymphatic drainage, Hammam procedures etc. The teachers spent a week to get to know the teaching methods of our partner.
In July 2018 two teachers from the Karalius Mindaugas Vocational Training Centre visited EMTS for one week to learn about qua sha, aqua Thai massage (Thai massage in water, which is developed by EMTS teacher Mai-Liis Pille), Tibetan singing bowl meditation and massage, stress releasing and conflict resolving techniques.
The mobilities of the project were funded by Nordplus Junior programme.
